SP21-CA109-H - Internship

This course utilizes our local community and industry leaders to enhance a real life experience in the Culinary Arts.  Students will be able to work in the Culinary field to further build relationships with Industry Leaders.  This course will give students an understanding of how the industry operates on a daily basis.  

The students will be able to perform in different positions in a professional kitchen.

They will use their training from Serve Safe to perform good sanitary and housekeeping practices.

They will identify different positions within a restaurant or food service setting and understand the chain of command.
