Tutoring is available in several subject areas including Math, English, Health Sciences, and Business. For technical support, please see the Online Course Support Center link at the upper left. This link provides chat, phone and email support. There is also a frequently asked question section and an area where you can check your computer to make sure you have all the required software.
Full payment of the remaining tuition is due within the first 5 days of the course(s) for any portion not covered by financial aid and/or the down payment. Non-payment within the 5 day period will result in a $50.00 late fee and removal from the course(s) enrolled. If full payment is made within 10 days the students will be re-enrolled in their original course(s). Tuition is set at $153.00 per credit hour and an additional $100.00 lab fee is incurred for science courses. Once you have logged on and/or the first Friday of the course has passed, students are required to pay for the course in full. Students can withdraw from their online course(s) until October 29, but no refund will be issued.
NCK Tech strongly believes thoughtful student feedback about courses is key to ensuring effective class improvement. Beginning November 25, you will be asked to evaluate each of your courses via an online system. This system provides an anonymous evaluation survey which will provide feedback to your instructors.
Evaluations are open from November 25 to December 13. To complete an evaluation, Go to www.smartevals.com. You will be asked to log in with your Moodle user name and password: NCKTC_F19. You will only be allowed to submit one evaluation per course. Remember, your answers are completely anonymous. Your instructors will not receive your feedback until after final grades for the semester have been posted.
We appreciate your time to offer thoughtful responses to the evaluation questions!
